The fourth The Hard Hat magazine doubles up on news and views

The Satsuma team are incredibly proud of the part they have played in launching – and continuing to produce – a construction industry magazine on behalf of client Anderson.

The company, which has its head offices in Chelmsford but manages sites across the East of England, published the first edition of The Hard Hat in April 2021 with 20 pages.

The latest – April 2022 – had a bumper 44 pages. 

Features included a celebration of long service, business overviews and insights from the managing director and head of construction and development and staff updates on promotions, award wins, charitable fundraisers and even baby news.

The publication was named after the piece of safety equipment which is synonymous with the field of construction and an equaliser on site – everyone has to wear one regardless of job title.

As such, it celebrates every aspect of the sector – from the ground up – and includes topical relevant thought leadership pieces on subjects like the skills gap, recruitment and women in the industry as well as insight into Anderson developments and those of their partners. 

It’s primary focus however is to celebrate Anderson people – employees, sub-contractors, suppliers, partners, clients and more.

Hard copies are mailed out to stakeholders while a downloadable version is available on the Anderson website.
