The Cuddle Company produces luxury personalised baby gifts made from a super soft ‘cuddle’ fabric, all especially handmade in Suffolk.
Products range from beautiful newborn snuggle blankets, taggiez, travel blankets, cot-sized blankets and even ones for grown-ups too.
All can be personalised to make a very special gift that will become a treasured family keepsake.
The company was founded by Meg Quinton who turned a hobby into a thriving business –using super soft ‘cuddle’ fabric.
Over seven years the business has moved premises three times and grown to a team of eight people.
Meg was aware that the growth was not supported by a business plan and while its social media was successful, it wanted a strategy to allow that the continue to grow rather than flatline.
Our work included the creation of a full social media strategy, particularly looking at Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
We worked with the founder to identify best performing posts, giving her clear guidance on the types of content to generate maximum engagement. This was supported by a founders story in the press to solidify her as the face behind the brand.
The Facebook page proved to be extremely beneficial to the brand with a lot of comments, shared content and repeat customers creating a solid community.
This lent itself nicely to the creation of a newsletter, giving us a foundation to source thousands of subscribers and we launched this in January 2022, celebrating the latest products, offers and discount codes and sharing the pictures we received from happy customers.
