This statement is made on behalf of Satsuma Creative Ltd re: Modern Slavery Act 2015 and establishes our slavery and human trafficking statement. This statement has been approved by the Board.
We have a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expect the same high standards from those we work with including staff, contractors, suppliers and other business partners.
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We carrying out checks on existing suppliers and clients and include this as part of our appointment and procurement processes with any new clients and suppliers.
We have in place systems to:
• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains
• Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains
• Protect whistle blowers
We encourage anyone, including staff, subcontractors, suppliers, customers and clients to report any issue or concerns about potential unethical business practices, such as fraud, bribery or slavery and human trafficking through our confidential external HR partner BrightHR.
