Tru7 Group is a multi-million pound Suffolk family business with a history spanning 60 years.
The business is run by CEO Guy Nicholls and his son Managing Director Jake Nicholls.
Tru7 Group comprises of Tru Plant and Trucks ‘R’ Us, Tru Earthworks and Tru Demo – part of the Tru Contracting division, Tru Mix, Tippers ‘R’ Us – incorporating Tru Agg and Tr Grab, and Tru Sales.
Its fast-growing portfolio offers van, truck and plant rental and sales, demolition and remediation, earthworks, asbestos removal, concrete, aggregates, and it recycles 300,000 tonnes per annum of Suffolk’s construction and demolition waste.
The company started work with us in 2022 requiring a project to celebrate the company’s history, its generation to generation story and its impressive reputation across the country.
We created a series of stories on CEO Guy Nicholls, Managing Director Jake Nicholls, Guy’s sister Trudi Nicholls who was involved in the business in its previous incarnation as Fork Rent and on Percy Nicholls, Guy’s father who sowed the seeds for the business in its current format.
These stories ran in a series of long-form LinkedIn articles achieving huge engagement and led to a feature-length article in the local press.
Following this project we were asked to produce a glossy 24-page capability document for the brand which has been sent out to hundreds of stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
Most recently we have undergone a huge branding exercise with Tru7 Group, streamlining its brand into a set of guidelines, a comprehensive style guide to create a consistent tone of voice and a full Vision, Mission and Values statement.
 
Alongside achieving superb social media engagement, a series of PR opportunities, a magazine and full brand collateral, we have entered Tru7 Group into a series of awards.
Most recently, the company was shortlisted in the Suffolk Business Awards for Large Company of the Year with Jake Nicholls shortlisted for Director of the Year.
We continue to work with Tru7 Group with several projects in the pipeline.
