Ocala Healthcare is an award-winning, community-based care provider offering person-centred support to people in their own homes across Suffolk. That included developing a new brand identity, voice and tone guidelines, launching a new website, and implementing a robust PR and social media strategy designed to support both recruitment and reputation. The card offers an easy way to communicate access needs discreetly and confidently, empowering individuals and families to enjoy greater independence and inclusion. It is accepted by a growing list of major brands, visitor attractions, and service providers across the UK and beyond.
