Tru7 Group is a multi-million-pound Suffolk family business with a history spanning 60 years.

The business is run by CEO Guy Nicholls and his son Managing Director Jake Nicholls.

The company started work with us in 2022 requiring a project to celebrate the company’s history, its generation-to-generation story and its impressive reputation across the country.

Following this project we were asked to produce a glossy 24-page capability document for the brand which has been sent out to hundreds of stakeholders, clients and suppliers.

Our Work

The company approached us in 2022 with a fascinating challenge: to celebrate its storied history, highlight its impressive generation-to-generation legacy, and showcase its reputation as a leader in its field.

This project centred on telling the Tru7 Group’s unique story and bringing its heritage to life in a way that resonated with stakeholders, clients, and the wider public.

We began by crafting a series of engaging profiles that captured the essence of the company’s leadership and its roots.

These included in-depth stories on CEO Guy Nicholls, Managing Director Jake Nicholls, Guy’s sister Trudi Nicholls (whose role was instrumental during the company’s Fork Rent era), and the late Percy Nicholls, whose entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the business in its current form.

These narratives were shared through long-form LinkedIn articles, generating exceptional engagement and sparking meaningful conversations about Tru7’s journey. The success of this campaign culminated in a feature-length article in the local press, further amplifying the company’s story.

Building on this momentum, we were tasked with producing a high-end, 24-page capability document for the Tru7 Group. Designed to reflect the company’s excellence and professionalism, this glossy brochure became a powerful marketing tool, distributed to hundreds of stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

The document highlighted the breadth of Tru7’s offerings and underscored its position as a trusted industry leader.

Most recently, we collaborated with Tru7 Group on a comprehensive rebranding exercise. This ambitious project involved creating a streamlined brand identity with a cohesive set of guidelines, a polished style guide to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communications, and a clearly defined Vision, Mission, and Values statement.

This rebranding effort has provided the company with a solid framework for future growth, enabling it to communicate its goals and ethos with clarity and confidence.

The glossy, 24-page capability document we produced became a standout tool for stakeholder engagement, showcasing Tru7 Group’s breadth of services and professionalism.
